Shipping:

We ship via UPS Freight company to your local UPS freight depot/warehouse only in the lower 48 states.  The Bike/Scooter is then held for you at this depot until you pick it up. Please be aware of this shipping condition before you place your order as some depots might be hours away from your home address depending on the state you reside in.

UPS freight can deliver to your work address as long as you have a dock and can accomodate an 18 wheeler/tansport truck for the delivery

Home deliveries can be set up if you prefer but are an added option at an extra cost of $45.  (item is put on a smaller local truck with a liftgate in order to be able to deliver the item to your home).

 

Selection:

Please select your favorite color (all color options for this model pictured above) when paying for the item. If no color selection is made then your order will be held up until we confirm color selection with you via email.

Warranty:

Please note that this is a brand new item, in its original box and comes with a 90 day warranty on parts and 1 year warranty on the batteries. You also get lifetime free tech support line in case you have any questions or problems.

Returns:

Please see return tab for detail on how to return the product. Though we do offer a 15 day return period please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping back to X-treme scooter's warehouse in Iowa or Washington. A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping to you and a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If item is defective or damaged out of the box then you are offered  replacement parts at no extra cost to you, this item can not be exchanged for another due to size and weight, sending replacement parts at no charge/under warranty is the only method of fixing any issues with the scooter; please be aware of this. If defect or damage is major and cannot be remedied by sending you parts then X-treme scooters will arrange to have the product replaced at no cost to you.
